FAQ online marketing workshops for tourism

A. The content of each workshop is adapted to the level of the attendees. If the group has got clearly distinct levels we will generally hold workshops that cater for the attendees level of online marketing knowledge.

A. Each workshop attendee will be provided with all presentation slides and exercises. We generally work through the slides together and you will then regroup to undertake the exercises.

A. Depending on the workshop you will either register with the tourism organisation that runs it (e.g. Brisbane Marketing) or directly with us.

A. We offer different lengths of workshops, generally from half a day to a full day or more.

A. Depending on the workshop, location and time your trainer will either be Adam Wallace or Fabienne Rabbiosi. Both are co-directors of UntangleMyWeb.com.

A. If you are happy to organise your community business group, your group can contact us directly. If not we recommend contacting your local chamber of commerce or tourism association and try to get it organised through them.
Don't forget to check with your local tourism association even if you are not a tourism business as we are often providing workshops in different regions and they may be aware of one.

A. We would like at least 1 month notice before a workshop. Please check our Availability schedule before inquiring as your chosen date may not be available.
