They have been operating under the same management since 1992 and pride themselves on providing a fun, relaxed environment for both their guests and their staff. The Islander Resort Hotel has been around for many years now and has watched the Gold Coast evolve into the world renowned hub it is today.

The General Manager of Islander Resort Hotel, Dean Cooper, identified the importance of Islander needing to respond to the changes in how consumers are now booking accommodation and had a website built in 2004. With purchasing patterns continuing to change Dean came to UntangleMyWeb.com in 2009 after realising the need for SEO and the importance of engaging in social media to increase website generated sales.

• Developed their new website and implemented a user friendly content management system that caters for dynamic content that can be edited and updated with ease by the operators themselves
• Integrated a brand new booking system tailored to suit Islander's needs

• Set up a blog for Islander to let guests know what will be happening on the Gold Coast during their stay
