Fabienne WINTLE Rabbiosi - Chief Executive Optimiser

Fabienne is a web savvy tourism marketer and business entrepreneur. She holds Masters Degrees in Information Technology and Tourism Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has spent the past 10 years in different positions blending web and marketing. Before setting up UntangleMyWeb.com in 2007 she developed and managed the Market Intelligence division of Gold Coast Tourism. Fabienne has experience in working closely with local small business operators to national and international tourism entities in areas as diverse as the Swiss Alps to Coastal and Outback Australia.

Her passion for tourism marketing has led her to be a highly respected tourism Internet marketing consultant. She is frequently on the road engaging with tourism businesses around Australia, which gives her excellent insight into the challenges they are currently facing in the online environment. This equips her with a unique perspective when identifying solutions and opportunities that these businesses can implement to leverage the web and subsequently increase their bottom line.

Fun Fact: Growing up in Central Queensland, Mel spent 'almost every holiday for as long as she can remember' in Emu Park and Rockhampton visiting family and friends.

Mel Phillips is an organiser to the core who understands what technology and the internet has to offer. Before moving from Central Queensland to the Gold Coast, Mel obtained invaluable experience in Queensland’s coal mining industry gaining both her Certificate II and III in Business Administration whilst working through high school and then full time once she graduated.

Mel will be graduating from Griffith University with a degree in Event Management and Information Systems in November adding to her experience at Untanglemyweb.com.

She is passionate about working with small businesses, is forever solving problems and implementing processes and systems that ensure our clients receive the best product.

Fun Fact: During her first few years of study here in Australia, Mengyao worked part-time as a Customer Service Team Member at Ninjia Sushi where she gained a true appreciation of Australian culture. Oh and of course developed her love of Sushi.

Mengyao Dong – Web Developer

Mengyao is UntangleMyWeb.com’s technical genius. She completed her Bachelor of IT at Griffith University in 2007 with an award for her academic excellence and at the age of 22 she had graduated with a Masters in IT at Griffith University.

Mengyao grew up in a small town located in Northern China. Yes a small town of 7 million. Imagine how many Brisbane’s would fit in this small town. She came to Australia to broaden her University and career options and brings something extra to the team here at UntangleMyWeb.com with her unique cultural perspective.

She participated in an Industrial Affiliate Program during her degree and worked as a Systems Analyst in the Division of Information Services at Griffith University. Her passion lies in programming and development of web technology. She thrives on logical thinking, problem solving and the sense of accomplishment. She commits herself 110% to every project, is always keen to learn new technologies and keeps herself up to speed with new IT trends to ensure she is delivering the best results for you as customers.

 Mari Recasens – WEB Graphic Designer

All the way from Chile South America, Mari Recasens is UntangleMyWeb’s Graphic Designer. With her Latin background her creative flare in arranging colour, lines and images comes naturally. Mari studied Graphic Design in Chile and spent several years freelancing and working with Latin Disney developing her creative edge. She then made the big move to Australia with her husband Miguel; an inspired advertiser. They are a creative dream team.

While Mari has a flare for colour, she is also skilful when it comes to integrating businesses branding and colours throughout a clients website design. She ensures her designs match each businesses personality. Using specific criteria Mari’s designs have a strong focus on optimisation by structuring the design to cater for what searchers are looking for.

Mari has advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. She has a passion for art, which spills over into home interiors and even fashion design. She greatly appreciates all the different mediums in which she can express her creative ability.
 Sara Borghi
Fun fact: Sara loves snow skiing and music so we are certain she will be quick to learn how to waterski on the Brisbane river! She has such a charming Italian accent that she has been told from day one that she has to answer the office phone!

Sara is a UntangleMyWeb.com's search engine optimiser and web analyst. She loves making the numbers talk business. She was born in the hometown of the balsamic vinegar (Modena, Italy) but has spent the past few years riding to work in a gondola in Venice. What a life!

Sara comes from a business background and holds a Bachelor in Economics and Marketing as well as a Masters in International Tourism Management. Web only came while she was working on her masters thesis and from that day everything changed!

Finding new opportunities on the web and applying them to small businesses to help them solve their challenges is what Sara lives for.

Julia Campbell - Executive assistant

Having worked in education for over 5 years Julia is UntangleMyWeb.com’s Executive Assistant and heavily involved in preparing both video, audio and written online marketing education material. Julia has also completed her Diploma in Freelance Journalism, providing her with excellent written and oral communication skills that are required for our training sector.

Her extensive experience in customer service and management has equipped her with a strong foundation for education and training. She has developed an extensive set of skills including document writing, creating training materials and systems and training staff. As a manager she was involved in brainstorming marketing options alongside the directors and then followed through in implementing those marketing decisions. Julia is often referred to as ‘An Ideas Woman!’.

Julia loves logic. “I LOVE to simplify, organise and make things accessible.” Julia is passionate about teaching and in particular thrives on finding out a person’s learning method and embracing it. “It’s my goal to identify what needs to be taught and then transfer that information in an interesting and logical manner.”

Julia first met team members from UntangleMyWeb.com, while working for another company. She saw the potential in the online industry and soon expressed interest in wanting to work at UntangleMyWeb.com.  Working with the Internet keeps Julia highly stimulated and challenged as its always changing.
 
Fun Fact: Matty loves nothing more than creating memories with his wife, Kelli, and two young children, Emma & Stephen. He's a former collegiate golfer, enjoys weightlifting, freestyle wrestling, boxing, watching NFL Football and jumps at the opportunity to cook Italian for his family and friends.

Matty Crescenzo - Digital Marketing Optimiser & Non-fiction writer

Matty Crescenzo is an expert digital marketer who thrives on the challenge of teaching and empowering small businesses with web know-how that directly impacts ROI. Fun Fact: As a designer who still manages to use a pencil and paper, Jon has a profound love for character drawing, ephemera, found typography, vintage signage and digital collage. On weekends you’ll catch him hacking it out on the golf course.

Jonathan holds a first class Bachelors’ Degree in Graphic Design and, with almost seven years experience with his current colleagues, has been at the helm of both local and international work. His design aesthetic, practical experience and technical ability in website design are the perfect complement to the UntangleMyWeb team.
We discovered Jon after he submitted an entry to DotNetNuke’s annual skinning contest. He’s a volunteer member of the DotNetNuke Experience Team and contributes to the DNN skinning forums regularly.
Jon has designed everything from logos and CMS websites, to documentary films and animated shorts. Their team of professional designers is able to apply creative and technical skills to design and deliver unique, semantically‐coded websites for our clients.
