Today Tourism Australia launches their new campaign for our international visitors... but at UntangleMyWeb.com we have got a little something for you, our Tourism Operators!
Grab yourself a cup of coffee (or a nice glass of chilled wine - since it is finally getting warm!) and sit on the back deck with your tutorials in the other hand. They are written in plain, non-techie English... imagine the yellow "guide for dummies" but in colour! The kit is a complete suite of 37 online tutorials providing easy to consume information on basic online marketing concepts such as using words that engage customers to more complex issues such as online booking. Each tutorial won't take you more than 25 minutes to read. You will be able to assess your knowledge and online performance in no time! You can also download them for your staff so they know how to encourage guests to leave TripAdvisor reviews, and respond to them for example!
This wonderful, "Australian-made guide" is an initiative of the National Online Strategy Committee and is funded by all State & Territory Tourism offices. The producer of the e-kit is the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse - one of the most efficient tourism organisation UntangleMyWeb.com has ever worked with! (if you are not yet a member, check out what the ATDW can do for your business... just a piece of untangled advice that might save you lots of $ in distribution fees! )
You won't need to pay a cent to download and access all that knowledge.- Hope you like it! Cheers,Fabie

Hi William! Thanks :) Took me a while to ensure the format was appropriate and understandable by all. Go for your life and send the e-kit to all your operators :)
